During her Studio4 residency, Liz Lake will be making a film and sculptural installation exploring concrete and breeze block production by mapping the landscapes of manufacturing, transport and construction of these materials in and around London.

Chisenhale Art Place once again opened its doors and broke through the walls of its iconic building. Bridging across the three unique spaces; Chisenhale Dance Space, Chisenhale Gallery and Chisenhale Studios, Without Walls offered up an impressive menu of talks and workshops for the public.
Some of the highlights in the Studios included: An Art and Dance Evening event with choreographer/dancer Chloe Aliyanni and artist Alicia Paz; Open Studio with Seth Pimlott – recipient of the Pete Lloyd Lewis Studio Award; A Photography exhibition by Victoria Park Photography Group; a unique performance by artist Jeremy Hutchison; Byzantia Harlow’s Grey Market; a new collaborative performance
