CAP Autumn / Winter Community Events

Chisenhale Art Place brings together three initiatives: two independent arts organisations - Chisenhale Dance Space and Chisenhale Gallery - and Chisenhale Studios, home to 40 artist studios. Throughout the year, we collaborate on exhibitions, performances, workshops, and open studios that engage and inspire our community. We warmly invite you to join us and experience the creativity and energy of our shared home in Bow!

Family Morning at Open Studios 2026

As part of the Chisenhale Art Place Community Events programme, Chisenhale Studios will be hosting Family Morning at Open Studios 2026.

We’re delighted to invite you to Family Morning at Chisenhale Studios Open Studios 2026!

Join us for a relaxed and creative morning for families, with family-friendly activities taking place throughout.

What's On

• Explore the studios: Discover 40 artist studios and meet the artists who make Chisenhale Studios their creative home. Follow the trail through the building to discover different characters, images and objects in each artist’s studio.

• Mini Photo Frame Workshop with Kynsi: Capture the moment with Kynsi’s thermal camera, then create your own framed paper portrait using ribbons, gems, beads and a range of mixed materials. A fun, crafty keepsake to take home and decorate your wall!

• Tea & Coffee: Take a break and enjoy complimentary tea and coffee.

Everyone is welcome to attend Chisenhale Studios Open Studios at any time throughout the weekend.
